Shuiyinjun ("the site") provides a content parsing service. We do not produce, store, republish or index any video or image. Every result comes from a public third-party page that a user chose to submit.
2. Copyright
Copyright and related rights in anything obtained through this site remain with the original creator or the publishing platform. Downloading grants no licence of any kind and changes nothing about who owns the work.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for making sure your use of this service is lawful. Legal responsibility for the following rests entirely with you:
- Publishing downloaded content on other platforms without the rights holder’s permission
- Using downloaded content in advertising, product promotion or other commercial contexts
- Stripping attribution and passing the work off as your own
- Downloading in bulk and redistributing
- Anything else that breaches copyright law or related regulation
We accept no responsibility for disputes, losses or legal consequences arising from what you do with downloaded content.
4. Availability
This service depends on the public endpoints and page structures of third-party platforms. When they redesign, change access policy or add anti-scraping measures, features may break temporarily or for good. We guarantee neither continued availability nor any particular success rate, and we are not liable for losses caused by an interruption.
5. Content we will not handle
We explicitly do not parse: films, series, documentaries, variety shows or other licensed and in-house programming; paid courses and paid columns; and anything that requires getting past a paywall or permission check.
6. Notice from rights holders
If you are a rights holder and believe this service infringes your rights, please contact us at support@mytoolset.cc with the following:
- Proof of identity and contact details
- Evidence of ownership
- A specific description of the allegedly infringing content
- A statement as to the accuracy of the notice
We will take the necessary steps once the claim is verified.
